@P-Process

How wonderful, if the plastic or metallic products can be produced without molding tool dies or forming machines ! We have had such dreamy theme. Now we have achieved the dreamy process which makes precise products through repeated material supply and working.

This process can produce not only trial models but also marketable reliable precise components at early delivery.

‘ Lamination Supply / Order Working
Desired basement is formed on appropriate fixing plate, after cooled, the top surface is finish machined. A raw piece for the first layer by the product slice data is injected-welded. After cooled, required cutting tool machines the work.These steps will continue until the product is completed.

‘ Lump Supply / Lump Working
Desired basement is formed on appropriate fixing plate, after cooled,the in / out side surfaces are finish machined. Raw resin material is injected to approximate shape, after cooled, appropriate cutting tool will finish machine.

‘ Features

  1. Materia
    All thermoplastic resin can be applied.(ABS, Nylon, FRP, MIM, CIM, etc)
  2. Product Accuracy
    Depend on the accuracy of the machining center
  3. Dimensional differences between laminations
    The slice data of CAM (for pitch) and curvature accuracy of the boring end miller (for three dimensional shape) are utilized.
  4. Product Size
    The effective table area of the working machining center providing the [3D-DNA] decis the product size. (Micromachine component Mother machine housing / Vehicle bodies)
  5. Weldability / Strength
    Four factors of the clearance (0~) between the welding surface and the nozzle tip [3D-DNA/P] raw material temperature, feeding rate of the working machining center,NC control [GO4] (idle time) manage the welded strength.
  6. Safety
    [3D-DNA/P] and actuator (back'n forth slider) are connected together by a@magnet. When excessively loaded on the [3D-DNA], the connection is released.

    2. Connections of Heater, Temperature Sensor, Motor, Actuator Magnetic Valve.
    3. Connections of NC Control Code of the Machining Center [MO8] ON , [MO9 ] OFF (utilizing Coolant pump) and the Controller


‘ Main Operation

  1. Forward Motion / Material Supply Start by NC Control Code [MO8].
  2. Backward Motion / Material Supply Stop by NC Control Code [MO9].
