3. Purposes for the Acquisition of Customer Information (in principle, we will not use customer information for any purposes other than those stated here)
We shall use customer information for the following purposes:

To notify customers in regard to product delivery, information on products, support, or services via e-mail, direct mail, or telephone, as well as information on events and campaigns such as seminars and exhibitions.

5-2. Provision to subcontractors

Due to a reason such as a company merger or acquisition, we may transfer our business to another entity. In such a case, we may provide customer information to a third party affiliated with the business successor, on the condition that is it compliant with our Privacy Statement.
5-4. Usage of customer information based on laws and regulations
